Thursfields promotes nine in recognition of key role in continuing growth

West Midlands law firm, Thursfields Solicitors, has made nine promotions in recognition of talent, hard work and loyalty in the past 18 months.

Key promotions are Jade Linton who is now HR director and joins the Executive Team at board level and Sharon Oakley who is promoted to director in the Wills & Estates Team.

Previously, the Firm’s HR Business Partner, Jade Linton is an experienced HR and employment lawyer.  She is passionate about people, inclusion and belonging and inspiring workplaces to reflect the communities they serve.  She was also listed as one of the UK’s top 25 employment lawyers in the Reward 300 Index 2020.

Jade is regularly invited to speak at employment law seminars and conferences and for the past four years has been plenary speaker at the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals Annual General Conference.

Sharon Oakley is a highly experienced practitioner in her field of Wills & Estates with over 20 years’ experience.

She is CILEX qualified and a Member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners. She is also a Dementia Friend and is a regular speaker for the Alzheimer’s Society. Sharon is renowned for empathy and calm professionalism which clients and colleagues value.
