Mark and Ela are also known as Lord and Lady of Chaol Ghleann.
Mark is an ex-military, IT security compliance manager working for a technology company in Birmingham. Diagnosed with PTSD after operational service in both Iraq and Afghanistan, he is fully recovered after professional support and is extremely proud to take part in a charity event raising awareness and money for mental health charities in Worcestershire.
Ela is a Polish pharmacist, working and living in the UK for 12 years now. Her out of office passions are travelling, walking and completing challenges for various charities. She completed the Great Wall of China Walk for the Institute of Cancer Research and also did a tandem skydive for Primrose Hospice. She volunteers with Contact for Elderly and recently joined St John Ambulance as a First Aider.
They both share a passion for music and singing, being members of the local Rock Choir. Up for any challenge, they decided to take on SW6 with all its glitz and glamour, but essentially learning ballroom dances and performing them in front of a live audience and the judges at a wonderful black tie event.
The charity they have both chosen is Primrose Hospice, which supports people and families with life-limiting illnesses.
