Gemma Butler, Asset Manager at St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics, added: “Securing the additional space for TrustFord to expand its operations at Meon Vale has been a great way to end 2019. St. Modwen has seen a lot of success at this site this year with several new businesses joining the scheme. The deal reaffirms our industrial and logistics strategy, illustrating clear market demand.”

David Penn of Bromwich Hardy and Chris Keye of Darby Keye, joint agents for the site, added: “A large amount of space has been let at Meon Vale in the last few months and reflects the continued demand for flexible logistics space within the region. We look forward to leasing the remaining two units at the site and are confident of attracting leading occupiers, given the scheme’s highly sought after location.”
