Business outsourcing provider Sigma Connected has appointed a new director who will support the firm’s new and existing clients in the energy sector.
The Redditch firm, which offers expertise in customer contact, collections and sales across the energy, water, retail, financial services and telecommunications sectors, has appointed Rob Sawle as its new Director of Energy Services.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the industry, Rob joins Sigma Connected from energy provider npower where he was Director of Customer Operations.
As part of Sigma’s leadership team, Rob will lead the strategic support for Sigma’s clients – developing a series of new products and services unique to the UK’s energy industry and helping clients to overcome challenges they face as part of their customer offering, including process automation and efficiency.
He will report into Sigma’s Chief Commercial Officer, Ben Jones.
