Award-winning law firm Royds Withy King, which has a large office in central Oxford, has announced 20 promotions, including five new partners, and further annual growth.
Senior Associates Katherine Lauder, Maria Meek, Zainab Dakhil, Ben Lees and Milan Kapadia have all been made Partners.
The promotions were announced on the back of another strong performance by Royds Withy King which has reported growth of 6% and an annual turnover of just over £38m.

The diversity of the newly-promoted partners represents the breadth and depth of services offered by the firm.
Described by the Legal 500 directory as ‘exceptional’, Katherine Lauder is an experienced family solicitor who specialises in cases involving children and domestic abuse. Katherine is a member of the Law Society Children Panel and a Resolution accredited specialist.
A chartered accountant, Maria Meek specialises in Court of Protection work and regularly acts as Deputy for clients with severe brain injuries and in high value complex cases managing their financial settlements and awards.
Zainab Dakhil is a property lawyer with significant experience acting for companies and individuals on prime, central London real estate, from complex leases and property portfolios to collaborative projects with agents and other professional advisers.
Part of the firm’s nationally-renowned clinical negligence team, Ben Lees has particular expertise in handling highly emotive cases involving life-changing injuries, including complex spinal and general surgery cases and those involving the misdiagnosis of cancer.
Milan Kapadia is a commercial litigator who acts for insolvency practitioners, banks and businesses.
Royds Withy King employs around 520 people and is headquartered in Bath, with principle offices in London, Oxford and Swindon.
