Public Hearts Cheltenham Defibrillator Campaign installs 9th defibrillator thanks to Spirax Sarco

Public Hearts, the campaign committed to raising awareness and increasing the number of lifesaving defibrillators to benefit the Cheltenham community, has now installed the 9th Spirax Sarco donated defibrillator with Tidal Training Ltd donating the external cabinet and cabinets, an incredible act of generosity.

CEO of The Nelson Trust, John Trolan welcomed guests to The Sober Parrot in Cheltenham (The Nelson Trust’s community cafe) to thank Spirax Sarco and celebrate Public Hearts Cheltenham Defibrillator Campaign’s installation of the Spirax Sarco donated defibrillators and cabinets in Cheltenham. A gathering made even brighter with the arrival of The Cheltenham Gold Cup this week.

Public Hearts were proud to place a public access defibrillator at The Sober Parrot to benefit its customers and the local community.

Charities and community groups working together can achieve great things, from adding essential services such as a defibrillator to providing a collaborative hub, benefitting the community.

Partners of Public Hearts including, Great Western Air Ambulance charity, Evans Jones, Tidal Training were also thanked for their support and contributions including the team at MJF Electrical Ltd for their support and installation services.

Locations housing a Spirax Sarco donated Public Access Defibrillator now include: The Sober Parrot, Stay Lets, Travail Employment Group, Salem Baptist Church, The Frog and Fiddle, The Brewery Quarter, The Spectre, The London Inn and Copa Cheltenham.

All of these defibrillators are registered on The Circuit – The National Defibrillator Network.
