Strengthening and expanding our digital and cell site service offerings, as a response to continued and increased demand, makes the Northern Hub at Warrington a key strategic acquisition. We are looking forward to supporting the Faraday Forensics team in their expansion plans”
Ryan Stokoe, Director at Faraday Forensics, added: “This acquisition is the next logical step for Faraday after ten successful years of trading. We are very pleased to have the Forensic Access Group take us into their fold. They are a highly respected company and we very much look forward to working with Rachel, Jon and their team.”
Jon Blows, CFO of Forensic Access Group, said: “We are delighted at this, our latest acquisition, as it complements and enhances our comprehensive range of forensic services. We look forward to continuing to develop, identify and support further organic and collaborative acquisition opportunities.”
Forensic Access Limited was established by Professor Angela Gallop in 1986 to provide advice and guidance to defence solicitors for a better balance of forensic science expertise at court, and second opinions for police in cases of uncertainty or concern.
The merger with ArroGen Forensics in 2018 created a powerhouse of high-quality forensic provision for police and legal professionals covering a broad spectrum of the forensic marketplace. In addition to its prosecution casework, which includes specialist ballistics, fingerprint development and marks teams, the company is one of the leading providers of forensic services to defence solicitors and barristers as well as covering both family and civil law. Our breadth of expertise allows us to cover all forensic disciplines, including those less frequently encountered “niche” services.
The company has provided forensic science in many of the most high profile cases including the Stephen Lawrence and “Coastal Path” murders.
