Oxfordshire accountants James Cowper Kreston have promoted Brad McAvoy (Corporate Finance) and Margaret Savory (Business Tax) to Partner with effect from 1 May 2021.
Brad joined James Cowper Kreston in 2018 as a Corporate Finance Director from Australia where he spent many years working for one of the ‘Big Four’ as a Director in their Transaction Services division. Over the past three years he has assisted many corporate and owner managed businesses, private equity investors and financiers with their due diligence processes.
Margaret joined James Cowper Kreston in 2016 from a Top 6 firm and is a tax practitioner specialising in advising clients on tax matters that are relevant to fast growing entrepreneurial businesses including Research & Development Tax Credits and Patent Box. Over the past few years she has helped many clients obtain substantial tax refunds.
