Oxford and Coventry managed service providers snapped up

Oxford-based Riverbank IT Management and Coventry-based Nexus GS Ltd. have been snapped up by Nottingham-based Air IT.

The company said the acquisitions broadens its geographical reach throughout the West Midlands and Thames Valley.

Riverbank and Nexus GS are highly accredited managed service providers, providing IT services and support.

The company said: “As we approach the end of an impressive year of growth, our headcount has now increased to 175. We can’t wait to start working with our new colleagues and are confident that they will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. Equally, we are excited to be able to benefit them in return with our business intelligence and cyber security services.
