Osborne Clarke advises European cloud communications provider Dstny on acquisitions of Qunifi and Tactful AI

Lawyers at Osborne Clarke in Bristol have advised Brussels-based Dstny, the European cloud communications provider, on its acquisitions of Microsoft Teams integration specialist Qunifi, and Tactful AI, a technology start-up that provides an intelligent customer experience platform.

The Osborne Clarke team was led by Bristol-based corporate partner Simon Spooner and included senior associate James Archer and associate Liam O’Connor, who are also based in Bristol.

Mat Oliver and Ben Doeh advised on tax and Kathryn Walters advised on employment.

Luton-based Qunifi’s Call2Teams platform offers Teams integration for UCaaS providers. Its service spans the globe with end customers in over 100 countries and organisations with over two million Teams users relying upon Qunifi for their daily communications.

Cambridge-based  Tactful AI, based in the UK and Egypt, offers omnichannel and AI-powered customer experience software.
