New bar and mini-golf experience to open in Rugby

Par n Bar

The Swan Centre is pleased to announce that it will be opening Par ‘n’ Bar this Summer, adding a unique leisure experience to the retail centre in Rugby.

The new letting is a testament to The Swan Centre’s success throughout the pandemic and marks an exciting new chapter for Rugby town centre, reflecting a renewed focus on attracting the best and most innovative of the leisure sector.

The mini-golf course and bar is themed around the cities of the world, with each hole being dedicated to a different location. The UV lights and design enhance the experience at this modern location, creating a fun-filled leisure destination for locals and visitors alike.

Having performed resiliently over the course of a difficult 18-months and recently welcoming Bewiched Coffee, The Swan Centre now finds itself in a strong position as lockdown restrictions lift over summer.

Hartnell Taylor Cook is the appointed agent, jointly with Harris Lamb and Space.

Commenting on the opening, business owners of Par ‘n’ Bar, Darren and Lorraine Malt, said: “After searching for an in-town venue for some time, we are happy to have landed on The Swan Centre. The town has been lacking unique experiences like Par ‘n’ Bar for many years, so we are pleased to open this venue and welcome customers as lockdown restrictions ease.”

James Woodard, Director of Leisure and Retail at Hartnell Taylor Cook, said: “The opening of Par ‘n’ Bar brings a mixed-use experience to the town that has yet to be seen and will be welcomed by all. The Swan Centre has performed well despite the challenges of the last 18 months, and this addition really puts the scheme on the map.”
