National charity receives thoughtful, valuable gift from Malvern software company

Leading pan-disability charity Leonard Cheshire has received an early Christmas present courtesy of Collate Systems when has donated lead generation software.

As with many charities, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on fundraising activities, with many events unable to take place throughout 2020. Malvern-based Collate Systems hopes that the donation of its new software to aid corporate fundraising will help support Leonard Cheshire’s plan for 2021, opening up new opportunities to increase sponsorship and donations.

Martyn Allan, Managing Director at Collate Systems explains, “Leonard Cheshire provides such a vital lifeline of support to people with disabilities across the country and their campaign to help connect them to their loved ones with the internet really resonated with me, demonstrating the power of technology to bring people together. We hope that donating our software to help gain exposure for future fundraising campaigns will support this very special charity and the amazing work they do”.

Regional Fundraising Executive at Leonard Cheshire, Sarah Grout, said: “Collate Systems have already been so supportive of the work of Leonard Cheshire and their generosity has included free training. Given the current challenges imposed by the pandemic it is a phenomenal gesture that Collate Systems wishes to extend that support to our charity by targeting its resources in this way. It’s a brilliant example of using technology to help us to support more disabled people.”
