MUSE BRASSERIE, a brand new and exciting Modern European Restaurant in Cheltenham is proud to launch its vegan menu.
The exciting addition to the main menu includes dishes such as smoked tofu, ciambotto, baby leafs and balsamic oil to start, followed by vegan spinach ravioli, cherry tomatoes and basil for main course.
Business partner Limon Rahman, a restaurateur who has had stints in television programmes such as, Channel 4’s “Tips of the Restaurant Trade” and ITV’s Britain’s Best Dish, enthused:
