Mobility equipment provider Magbility finds new location in Worcester


Magbility, a provider of mobility equipment to hospitals, occupational therapists and private customers in the UK has moved has moved into the former premises of Lloyds Bank on New Road, St Johns, Worcester.

Acting on behalf of a private pension fund, Kyle Pugh, GJS Dillon’s Graduate Surveyor negotiated the letting. The purpose built property is set out over two floors and measures 2,806 sq ft, offering a mix of open-plan and individual offices.

Mark Grant, Managing Director of Magbility said: “As a growing local family business, we needed to move to a larger showroom to showcase our full range of mobility products.

“We are looking forward to serving the Worcester community with our range of mobility aids and services from our new location.”

Kyle added: “The property is ideally located close to Worcester city centre and is right in the middle of St Johns which is a busy area. This return to the city centre is a trend that we identified in our Worcestershire Commercial Property Market. In the wake of the pandemic, occupiers want to be centred around the city and its workforce.”

The St Johns area of Worcester is a busy neighbourhood shopping area situated approximately one mile to the west of the city centre. Motorway access to the city is 4 miles away, with junctions 6 and 7 of the M5 giving direct access to the national motorway network.
