West Midlands-based construction consultancy, Feasibility Limited, is celebrating its 20th anniversary, with the business growing this year despite the pandemic.
Based in Brierley Hill in the West Midlands, the company undertakes quantity surveying, cost planning, project management and procurement advice to the construction industry.
Feasibility Limited was established in 2000 by Tim Payton as FSC Consulting (Birmingham) Limited. The company’s first client was Brixton Estates and over the years, the portfolio has grown to include a number of leading brands in the property development industry.
Over recent years, the company has celebrated some major successes, including its support for the largest pre-let deal at Heathrow for more than a decade and the delivery of Science Museum Group’s once-in-a-generation collections management facility in Swindon, where around 340,000 objects and artefacts are now being preserved. The National Collections Centre is located on the former RAF Wroughton airfield.
The company also supported YMCA’s award-winning refurbishment of its Northfield Hostel, as well as the delivery of a major logistics development for Ocado Retail, the joint venture between Ocado Group and M&S.
Tim said: “After a hugely challenging year for businesses across the UK, we’re delighted to be celebrating our 20th anniversary with our colleagues, clients and partners.
“We’re really proud of our services and the relationships we have with our clients, values which have seen us not only retain business, but actually grow during the pandemic.”
