LEVC (London Electric Vehicle Company), based at Ansty, near Coventry, has appointed Terry Rayner into a new role as Head of UK Sales to support LEVC’s growth plans in the domestic market. With the introduction of the company’s second product line, the new VN5 electric van, Terry will be responsible for overseeing sales of VN5 and TX taxi as well as supporting the growth of the UK dealer network.
Since joining the company early last year, Terry has played an instrumental role at LEVC, implementing a robust converter strategy, as well as working with key national fleet customers and LEVC’s national dealer network to ensure the successful introduction of VN5.

There are now over 4,000 electric TX taxis on the road in the UK and Terry will play a vital role as we expand our business further and firmly establish our new VN5 electric van in the domestic market.”

LEVC, based in Coventry, UK has been manufacturing the official London black cab for more than 100 years.The company reinvented its iconic taxi as an electric, zero emissions capable TX in 2018.Since its launch, more than 4,500 TXs have sold worldwide and LEVC’s new electric van, VN5, now joins the model line-up.
