Newton LDP Ltd, a Midlands-based land, development, property agency and consultancy has appointed a new director as part of plans to expand its operations with a new rural property consultancy team.
Will Young joins Newton LDP with more than 20 years’ experience in providing rural, development and agency services to landowners and farmers across the country.
His appointment will add a new arm to the company as it expands its existing offering with additional services to farmers, land and property owners.
The son of a farmer, Will brings with him a strong agricultural background and still retains a key role within the family business.
He joins from Fisher German where he spent the last 20 years, building a strong reputation and an extensive client base.
Will said: “I am really excited about the ambition and growth prospects at Newton and look forward to getting going.
“My involvement in property and the countryside has been nurtured from an early age, having always been involved in agriculture through the family farm on the urban fringe.
Richard Foxon, Managing Director of Newton LDP Ltd, said: “I have known Will for the past 15 years and am delighted that he has joined Newton to diversify and complement our service offering as we continue our growth plans.
