A Solihull technology firm is celebrating after it received recognition of its status as an excellent employer by securing Great Place To Work ™ accreditation following a rigorous testing process.
Wise, a technology company that specialises in the self-employment sector received official confirmation of its Great Place To Work ™ status after the business met a series of strict criteria set out by the accreditation body, including an in-depth staff satisfaction survey which came in at 89%.
With a current headcount of 47 based across London and Solihull offices, Wise has grown rapidly over the last twelve months, working with local digital skills bootcamp, School of Code, as well as local universities to provide a diverse and inclusive pathway for the Midlands’ brightest tech talent.
This new award comes at an exciting time for the firm as it has just relocated to bigger office space in Solihull to provide a central hub for its expanding team of technology, design and logistics experts.
