Acting for the shareholders of business change consultancy Ameo Professional Services (Ameo), law firm Harrison Clark Rickerby has supported the company’s acquisition by The Panoply Holding plc (The Panoply), keeping the three founders within the wider business.
Alcester-based Ameo works with private and public sector businesses to deliver change, working in partnership with businesses to ensure programmes are delivered effectively, efficiently and in a manner that fits the business’s culture.
The Panoply, based in London, is a digitally native technology services company, which also works collaboratively with clients to deliver digital transformation.
HCR lawyer Tim Ward, who also worked with Peter Raybould on the transaction, said: “This transaction goes far beyond its monetary value; this is about bringing together two complementary entities in such a way that the founders of Ameo can comfortably work with The Panoply in the longer-term. They share an ethos and a culture.”
