In line with the group’s sponsorship of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, the agenda for the event and branding across the site was inflected with a sports theme. DRPG producer for this year’s company conference, Ishta Nyakoojo, said: “The conference showcased a variety of internal initiatives that are managed by our people, for our people. From a sustainability stand activation where the team could do something to give back to local communities, to a ‘cool-folk’ roof terrace full of colourful photo opportunities with the reminder that we’re all creatives if we put our minds to it.

“It was an amazing showcase of the company culture here at DRPG.”
