Happy High Performance Day!


Tuesday September 10th will be Happy High Performance Day which is the Business Forums’ first learning day! It will be held at hosted by Leamington & Stratford Business Forum’s and will be at Caffeine and the Machine near Stratford.

Focussing on helping businesses to be resourceful, to perform and grow in these uncertain times, participants will be in the driving seat, choosing from a menu of 16 topics around professional development, innovation and resilience.  All this will be happening in a giant tipi with not a power-point in sight! There’ll be broad mix of sessions on a variety of topics throughout the day, looking at things that impact us now, things that will impact us in the future, and the skills we’ll need to get there.

Topics will include sessions that cover:

  • Mental health and wellbeing
  • Work-life balance
  • Stress
  • Creativity and collaboration
  • Communicating effectively
  • How to retain your team
  • Change and innovation
  • Fear and the Imposter Syndrome​
  • Storytelling
  • Resilience
  • Unlocking hidden talent
  • Community and belonging
  • Business growth

​The day is like a mezze platter- you pay for the whole day, but you can pick the sessions you want to go to at each different time slot. There will be 4 timeslots and at least 16 sessions for you to choose from during the day, as well as some alternative learning sessions, networking and creative events.

Ticket price includes entry to all of the content sessions (whichever ones you pick!), opening and closing sessions, various networking opportunities, a variety of activities outside of traditional business learning throughout the day, as well as all your teas, coffees, snacks, refreshments and lunch!
