Leading sports nutrition brand, Nutrition X, which has its headquarters in Gloucester, has entered the Asian market with its first exclusive distribution agreement in Hong Kong.

It has revealed an exclusive distribution agreement with Streamline Sports; a Hong-Kong based provider of specialist sports supplies and equipment, with multiple top-level club partners under its belt.

Streamline Sports is taking on exclusive distribution rights of the NutritionX Informed-Sport accredited sports nutrition products in the Hong Kong market.

As part of the agreement, its products have already been taken on by top-level clubs on the Hong Kong sports scene through Streamline Sports, including Hong Kong Football Association, The Hong Kong Sports Institute and Valley Forte Rugby Club.

David Hannah, General Manager of Streamline Sports, said: “Streamline Sports is very excited about becoming Nutrition X’s official distributor for the Hong Kong market. We will benefit greatly from Nutrition X’s extensive knowledge, resources and expertise in the area of sports nutrition. Their fantastic range of sports supplements, coupled with their “food first” mantra, will enable Streamline Sports to offer greater support to elite athletes and sports organisations in Hong Kong. We look forward to a long and successful partnership with Nutrition X in Hong Kong.”

NutritionX’s Managing Director, James Markey, added: “It goes without saying that we’re thrilled to be making our first foray into the Asian market having established some fantastic club partnerships, as well as a solid consumer customer base, here in the UK. Streamline Sports seemed like the perfect fit as distribution partners from the start, understanding how important our focuses on nutrition, clean sport and quality supplements are to our business, and we were more than happy to enter into an exclusive distribution agreement with them for the Hong Kong market.

“Streamline Sports have their own fantastic reputation in Hong Kong, working with some incredible clubs and athletes and with a real passion for what they do, and we’re really looking forward to what will hopefully be a long and fruitful partnership with them.”
