Developer Crest Nicholson has launched The Waterfront at Gloucester Quays, with homes now available to purchase. Crest Nicholson first became involved in the area in 2006 when the developer invested millions to renovate old warehouses and built new apartments at The Barge Arm to provide over 150 homes in this previously run-down area of the city.
