Recognised as an industry-leading organisation for IT Service Management, the Service Desk institute evaluated a number of organisations based on service excellence, approach, future planning and how customers are engaged with.
In particular, the judges were particularly impressed with the way Optimising IT provide its Managed IT Services with a level of personalised service. They also found its cyber focussed, consultancy lead approach integrated exceptionally well with its customers and enabled them to align their IT strategy and Service Delivery with their business objectives, delivering real benefits and business advantage.

The Service Desk Institute awards process is rigorous, including interviewing customers and visiting its offices (pre pandemic).
