The Forest Economic Partnership is set to showcase its new look at the biggest annual one day free business show in the Forest of Dean.
The partnership team will be welcoming individuals and organisations to their exhibition stand at the Forest of Dean Enterprise Fair on Wednesday, 18 April at the Vantage Point Business Village in Mitcheldean from 10am until 4pm.
Recognisable by the new branding, the team will be available throughout the event to encourage businesses to join the Partnership and sign up to the Sub-Groups that will be running this year to look at:
- Education & skills
- Digital connectivity
- Transport & infrastructure
- Severn Bridge/Cross-Border Working
The rapidly growing Enterprise Fair is now in its fifth year and is hosted by Forest of Dean Entrepreneurs with support from Vantage Point and the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB).
Forest Economic Partnership Chairman, Andrew Callard said: “We are pleased to support this important event in the business calendar.
“Our stand at the Fair will showcase our new branding and will represent the fact that we are acting as a strategic body for individuals, businesses, voluntary, education, councils and other sectors and that we are serious about helping the district reach its economic potential.
Councillor Tim Gwilliam, Leader of the Forest of Dean District Council said: “The Fair is increasing in popularity each year and having outgrown their previous venue it will be at Vantage Point this year and promises to be bigger and better.
“I encourage people to visit the event and whilst you are there pop along to the Forest Economic Partnership stand and chat to the team.”
