Healthcare technology company, Intouch with Health, has announced a partnership with Canadian health and human services technology company, VitalHub Corporation.

The partnership agreement will see VitalHub combine Intouch with Health’s digital patient flow management solutions with its existing product portfolio of technology for health and human service providers in Canada and across the globe.

Dan Matlow, chief executive officer at VitalHub, said: “Intouch with Health has created unique solutions in respect to integrated, patient focused care. These include technology that allows patients to remotely register and prepare for hospital procedures prior to admission and elective surgery.

“The COVID-19 pandemic has created a significant requirement for these types of solutions, and we are pleased to be introducing them to the Canadian marketplace.”

Mike Sanders, chief executive officer at Intouch with Health, said: “VitalHub’s technology currently supports more than 200 clients worldwide. As healthcare organisations across the globe face unprecedented pressure due to COVID-19, coupled with the ongoing requirement for the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services, the timing of this partnership is extremely pertinent.

He added: “VitalHub’s technology is well established in the Canadian healthtech market and the partnership will contribute significantly to its goal of building a comprehensive suite of solutions.”

“Intouch with Health  is equally well-established in the UK, with projects in the Middle East, Latvia and Australia, and has been looking for a strategic partner to expand into Canada.”
