Local students from Chipping Campden School can now compete in football matches with renewed pride following a generous donation from house builder Duchy Homes, who gifted the aspiring players with a brand-new sports kit.

The new kit provides for all the football teams from year 7 right through to year 13, meaning all football enthusiasts at Chipping Campden School are able to play and compete as a unified team. The players are looking forward to representing their school with pride when competitive playing commences in the new year.

Duchy Homes became the preferred partner of Chipping Campden School earlier this year in an exciting development scheme which, as well as delivering 13 high-quality Keyworker Homes for the School Housing Association alongside 21 luxury homes for private sale, has also enabled construction to begin on a new state-of-the-art Performing Arts Centre for the school.

The new sports kit is another gesture of the house builder’s continued commitment to support the school and its students.

John Sanderson, School Principal, said: “Chipping Campden School continues to be proud of its association with Duchy Homes. Our sports teams now have some high-quality competition kit to wear and they will be striving to live up to the high standards associated with our development partnership. On behalf of all our sports teams, we would like to thank Duchy Homes for their ongoing support. We’ll be aiming to impress!”
