Flight Club, the award-winning Social Darts experience, is to open a new venue at 41 Corn Street, Bristol.

Flight Club is taking the ground and basement space at 41 Corn Street which has been refurbished to provide modern leisure space with contemporary office accommodation on the six floors above.

Liam Coughlan co-founder of IV Real Estate, said: ‘’In these challenging times for the leisure sector it is great to see an occupier like Flight Club looking to the future. With competitive socialising increasing both on a personal level and from a business perspective we see 41 Corn St being a great new venue in the heart of Bristol city centre and look forward to a game when they open.’

With hugely popular sites in London, Birmingham and Manchester; Flight Club regularly books up weeks in advance with those seeking a bit of friendly competition, a brunch with a difference at the weekends, or for cocktails and food with colleagues.

“We can’t wait to open in Bristol!” said Steve Moore CEO and Co-Founder of Flight Club “We’re always looking for the next great location to bring Social Darts to, and Corn Street is perfect for this opportunity. Every Flight Club is unique, and we’re excited to bring this venue to life with some unexpected, ridiculous, joy this Summer.”

Corn Street is becoming a leisure hotspot for Bristol with a number of new occupiers including Cosy Club, Four Wise Monkeys and Mowgli attracted by its convenience in the heart of city. With continued plans for the street to remain pedestrianised, this will further assist the vibrancy of the street where the food markets have acted as a catalyst over the last few years.

The adjoining building, Gilbert House, next door still has the ground and basement available which benefits from a private courtyard and is also being marketed through Alder King and Savills.
