An independent medical equipment maintenance company, which has played a key role in supporting the NHS during the pandemic, has moved to new premises in Bromsgrove.
The deal was negotiated by commercial property company GJS Dillon.
Hugo Technology Ltd maintains medical devices including ventilators. The company has now moved into a 3,534 sq ft modern industrial/warehouse unit at Asquith Court which is on Saxon Business Park, close to the M5 and the national motorway network.
It is one of a number of health care occupiers which have chosen to take up space in Bromsgrove in recent months. Baywater Healthcare Ltd, an independent specialist provider of health care services, has moved into Sapphire Court at Bromsgrove Enterprise Park. At Topaz Business Park, GJS Dillon is also letting space in a building occupied by Mercian Surgical Supply Co.
GJS Dillon’s Andrew Lewis said: “Bromsgrove’s industrial market has been a consistently high performer and SME demand for sub 10,000 sq ft space is still evident, despite challenging market conditions.”
