Bromsgrove computer infrastructure business sells to USA company

RSM Partners, the Bromsgrove-based computer infrastructure and software company that spun out of High Wycombe-based RSM Technology Ltd in 2006, has been sold to global computer and digital enterprise company BMC for an undisclosed sum.

RSM Partners is globally recognised as a world-leading specialist in IBM mainframe security and infrastructure services. BMC delivers software, services, and expertise to  more than 10,000 customers, including 92 per cent of the Forbes Global 100.

RSM Partners is now called BMC Mainframe Services by RSM Partners.  secures sand improves mainframe systems with technology solutions and expertise. The RSM acquisition brings penetration testing capabilities to mainframe systems for vulnerability detection across both infrastructure and software.
