Employer branding agency WeLove9am has doubled in size despite the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis, including the appointment of a new Associate Director, Roz Thornton as cultural change specialist.

The Gloucestershire-based agency, based in the village of Poulton, has announced new additions to its marketing, design, finance and business development departments, in addition to its senior leadership team.

The agency has announced eight new hires in the last two months, signally a period of significant growth despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Roz joins the agency with more than 20 years’ HR, consultation and communications experience across a variety of sectors, working with global organisations including Costa Coffee and management consulting firm The Table Group.

In her new role, Roz will head up the agency’s Cultural Change division, working with clients to create positive company cultures that attract, retain and grow great talent.

Roz said: “Organisations have been turned upside down by the coronavirus pandemic, and the disruption is ongoing. The role of positive company culture has never been more important.”

Mark Bevans, Founder and Managing Director at WeLove9am, added: “Over the past few years I’ve collaborated with Roz on various projects and her knowledge and delivery just makes her the perfect choice for our new proposition. Her experience will add huge value to us as an agency and to our clients.

“This is incredibly important at such a turbulent time; we understand that businesses are facing numerous challenges and changes, and with Roz’s guidance, we want to enable organisations to reignite and build company cultures that will turbo charge their talent and accelerate their business results.”
