A fly-through has been released of the £60 million retail outlet to be built at Junction 9 of the M5 near Tewkesbury.
Offering approximately 67 shops in 140,000 sq ft, the mix of brands at the outlet is based on the experience of ROS and its outlet centres across Europe. The main driver will be fashion making up almost 50 per cent of the offer. There will also be sport and outdoor brands, shoes and accessories, home and lifestyle products, children’s wear and food and beverage.
Alongside the outlet will be a 75,000 sq ft Dobbies garden centre with parking for 754 cars, featuring an extensive plant area, food hall, on-site bakery, butchery, 500-seat table service restaurant, cookshop building and a pet department.
South of the outlet will be 850 new homes with a school and a local centre.
Infrastructure works are due to commence shortly with both the garden centre and outlet village planned to open in the autumn of 2022.
